DEFEO MANUFACTURING WARRANTY & TERMS

LIMITED WARRANTY (NEW PARTS)

DEFEO MANUFACTURING, as the supplier warrants each new replacement part to be free from defects in material workmanship affecting its function in normal use and service. DEFEO MANUFACTURING'S liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of such defective part when returned within one (1) year of date of sale. ("The Warranty Period"). DEFEO'S obligations under the above stated warranty are granted in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties as to fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall DEFEO MANUFACTURING be liable to buyer, in contract or otherwise, for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Except for such replacement, the sale, use or any other handling of our products is without liability or warranty whatsoever. No liability will be accepted for misuse, negligence or abuse causing damage, defect, injury or loss. All returns must have prior authorization and approval by DEFEO MANUFACTURING.

LIMITED WARRANTY (RE-MANUFACTURED PARTS/GOOD USED PARTS)

DEFEO MANUFACTURING as manufacturer warrants each DeFeo Re-manufactured Part to be free from defects in material added and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty shall extend for a period of six (6) months, after sale. DEFEO MANUFACTURING'S obligation under this warranty shall be either to repair or replace, at its choice, any such part, which, within the six (6) months after date of sale. The part must be returned to DEFEO transportation charges prepaid, upon examination by DEFEO (To our satisfaction) to be defective. Provisions of this warranty shall not apply to any DEFEO part that has been used for a purpose for which it is not designed; applied to a use, which has not been approved by DEFEO; subject to misuse, negligence, or accident; Repaired or altered in any way so as, in the judgment of DEFEO, to affect adversely its performance or reliability. This warranty does not cover labor and other parts of material of a unit or an assembly in which any such part is used. DEFEO's liability under this warranty shall extend solely to the repair or replacement by DEFEO of a defective part.

HANDLING YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM

To assert claim under this warranty, the user must request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) for any product covered under the above warranty, freight PREPAID to the address below. Be sure to attach or enclose a copy of the RGA packing slip provided to assure you receive proper credit. Please ship the part(s) along with RGA to address below.

TERMS

Typical terms for Domestic customers are Net 30 days (Subject to credit review), Visa, or MasterCard. Typical terms for International customers are Wire Transfer in Advance, Visa, or MasterCard

FREIGHT POLICY

Orders will be shipped prepaid and add, or billed to customer carrier account where applicable. DeFeo ships with all major carriers for both small boxes and large palletize shipments.

PRICES

Prices shown are net prices. They are subject to change without notice and do not include any applicable state, federal, or local taxes.

RETURNED GOODS

There are no RGA's (Return Goods Authorizations) on parts that our made to order unless defective, in which case the part will be replaced at no charge, or modifications or changes will be made to the existing components at no charge.

Returned goods (excluding warranty) are subject to a 15% re-stocking charge and must be returned within 30 days of receiving or an RGA will not be released to accept these goods.
